Ercel Baker, Chairman, has a longstanding relationship with the Chinese government.  He has been engaged in government relations and business consulting in the country since 1988.  Mr. Baker received the rare honour of China's Friendship Award and Medal in 1994 for his contribution to China's construction particularly in regard to his work on the modernization of its civil service.  Mr. Baker continues to advise clients on doing business in China and assists them with government relations in a complex environment.

 

Peter Vallance, President, is a Chartered Professional Accountant with twenty-five years' experience in transactions managment, accounting and auditing for a wide variety of industries and businesses.  Mr. Vallance has a strong background in marketing, wealth managment and business organization.  He has led InCHINACorp's development in consurmer goods trade for the last five years.

 

Kwong Boey, Associate (Manufacturing) is a University of Troonto graduate and longtime resident of Canada now heading InCHINACorp's representative office near Shanghai.  Kwong directs import and export activities within China, coordinates manufacturing partnerships and prvoides quality control oversight on an ongoing basis.
